This is the fruit of my one year effort read it please GOLDMINEINT IS NOT ANOTHER PYRAMID SCHEME Pyramid schemes now come in so many forms that they may be difficult to recognize immediately. However, they all share one overriding characteristic. They promise consumers or investors large profits based primarily on recruiting others to join their program, NOT BASED on profits from any real investment or REAL SALE OF GOODS to the public. Some schemes may purport to sell a product, but they often simply use the product to hide their pyramid structure. There are two tell-tale signs that a product is simply being used to disguise a pyramid scheme: inventory loading and a lack of retail sales. Inventory loading occurs when a company's incentive program forces recruits to buy more products than they could ever sell, often at inflated prices. If this occurs throughout the company's distribution system, the people at the top of the pyramid reap substantial profits, even though little or no product moves to market. The people at the bottom make excessive payments for inventory that simply accumulates in their basements. A lack of retail sales is also a red flag that a pyramid exists. Many pyramid schemes will claim that their product is selling like hot cakes. However, on closer examination, the sales occur only between people inside the pyramid structure or to new recruits joining the structure, not to consumers out in the general public. http://www.ftc.gov/speeches/other/dvimf16.shtm 1) notice ive underlined "real sale of goods". GMI does have the goods (even if the goods might seem "crappy" to a couple of ppl) and there are many people in lebanon who have purchased many of the products the company has to offer. and for a newbie in the business to rest his mind, the company has set a direct purchase system where the customer can get a gold watch directly after he/she joins just to make sure the products are real. 2) many companies, as u may know, use network marketing/MLM (Multi-level-marketing) in their business.before entering any of these businesses u must first find out when the company was first established. all network marketing businesses go thru a certain crucial period starting from the first 6 months after they were established; 6 months-2 years: 99%-98% failure/bankruptcy. after these 2 years the percentage gradually decreases untill after year 5 where the percentage of bankruptcy/failure is at its minimum (1%). GMI was established on the 11th of february year 2000. it has already entered its 8th year and is still working. even after seeing these facts ppl still think its a scam and i dont blame them. in the end, i dont really know u guys, hence, theres no reason why u should trust what i say. thats where i come to point three: 3) have u ever heard of Verisign before? Verisign is known as the police of the internet. it is one of the highest security sites that can be found online. it offers security to some of the biggest companies/websites in the world like Apple, Yahoo, ebay, Nokia, Pepsi, Microsoft, Mastercard, IBM and many many more. do me a favor and open ur nokia phone right now and go to "settings"---"security"----"certificate managment"---scroll down and u'll find that verisign is protecting ur phone with different levels of security. 80% of online users recognize the Verisign Secured Seal as the trusted mark for secure online transactions. Verisign is already providing authentification services to almost 500,000 web sites: over 93% of the fortune 500, the world's 40 largest banks, and 47 out of the 50 biggest e-Commerce sites" ok so we know that the money is safe and the transactions are secured. but how do we know that the company is legit. if u ever open ur own company/website, u dont go to verisign and ask it to protect u. Verisign comes to YOU and offers u its protection. we all know there are many illegal businesses out there in the world and many different types of pyramid schemes. thats why verisign offers something else called "Identity Protection". what does this mean? before verisign grants its protection it ask for legal documents to prove that this company is ligit and does not invole any scams and that the company insures retail sales. once this is proven its gives it "Identity Protection": www.goldmineint.com uses VeriSign services as follows: SITE NAME:www.goldmineint.comSSL CERTIFICATE STATUS:Valid (26-Jun-2007 to 01-Jul-2009)COMPANY/ ORGANIZATION:GOLDMINE INTERNATIONAL Arenta Stoa, NO Encrypted Data TransmissionThis Web site can secure your private information using a VeriSign SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission. Identity VerifiedGOLDMINE INTERNATIONAL has been verified as the owner or operator of the Web site located at www.goldmineint.com. Official records confirm GOLDMINE INTERNATIONAL as a valid business. heres the page: https://seal.verisign.com/splash?for...NT.COM&lang=en so as u can see this is the official registration form for Goldmine Iternational with Verisign and it has Identity Protection and is "a valid business" and the seal is re-stated after its expiration every year. back to pyramid schemes: in pyramid schemes, the person on top of the pyramid gets paid more money than anyone else because, logically, hes at the top and he earns commissions from every single person who joins the system under him. however, GMI uses a compensation plan called "The Binary plan": "Binary plans: A binary plan is a multilevel marketing compensation plan which allows distributors to have only two front-line distributors. If a distributor sponsors more than two distributors, the excess are placed at levels below the sponsoring distributor's front-line. This "spillover" is one of the most attractive features to new distributors since they need only sponsor two distributors to participate in the compensation plan. The primary limitation is that distributors must "balance" their two downline legs to receive commissions. Balancing legs typically requires that the number of sales from one downline leg constitute no more than a specified percentage of the distributor's total sales" -(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-level_marketing). this rule of balance insures that every single person in the network recieves an equal chance of succeeding in this business. it also insures that the ppl who joined in the later stages and are situated in the lower levels of the network dont necessarily have to be earning less commissions that ppl who joined in the earlier stages and are located in the higher levels of the network. for example: lets say this is me---................................................. .............. I i introduce 2 ppl:.............................................. ............A..................... B A finished training and intro 1 person:..............................O............ ......O...........O B, however was a harder worker & intro 2 ppl:....................................O.....O... ..O.....O and they intro more ppl:.............................................. .............O....O..O..O.O..O.O..O the rule of balance says that for the first 1 person on my left BALANCED with one person on my right, i recieve $30 in commission. then, for ever 3 new ppl joining on my left BALANCED with 3 new ppl on my right, i recieve another commission of $30 dollars. as u see here i have only made $30 in commission while my "downline" B has made $90 in commission. B joined later than i did and is situated in a lower lever than me yet he still managed to make more money than i did due to the time/effort he put into training his "2" and only "2" downlines and in helping them introduce their ppl to the system. i would appreciate very much if u would save ur accusations/assumptions till after you have researched about the company and after uve watched at least one presentation. i will agree to the fact that many companies out there using network marketing are scams and pyramid schemes. thats why we should always look for these different signs that distinguish them from all the others. and the main sign is Verisign. the company isnt actually spending much money. simple calculations can prove that.1) just draw a simple tree of three stages and see how much money is entering into the business and how much commissions the company is paying. i wont lie to u and tell u that we're getting paid more than the company is but we're not unhappy at the commissions we're recieving. 2) the company is selling its products straight from the factory without the use of the so-called middle men involved in regular sales (main distributor, area distributor, wholesaler, shop). 3) it decreases its costs of advertisment using word-of-mouth advertisment. 4) the "flush-out" system that the company installed (theres a maximum u can recieve from this company: $3,150/week. if u recieve anything more the company takes it as pure profit). more to come..... contact:03145067353 site:www.goldmineint.com.acha agar phone band ho to sms send kardena mein call kar loonga
